Spectra of the Hα line of a faint filament at the western edge of the Cygnus Loop are presented. This filament is interesting because it shows only hydrogen line emission. The data are best fit by two approximately equal components: one with a FWHM of ≍35 km s-1, and a second broader component with a FWHM of> t30 km s-1 These components may represent pre- and postshock kinetic temperatures of ≍ 104 and > 4 × 105 K, and they may imply a shock velocity greater than or equal to 130 s-1.
