A new method of detecting the circumstellar clouds around the hot stars of O-B classes is developed. It is shown that the circumstellar clouds really existed around approximately 90% of the hot stars analyzed here. In 30% of the cases, the circumstellar clouds are found to be very powerful; the radii are less than 1 pc and the masses less than 1 solar mass. The usual model for the interstellar medium is thought to be unacceptable for systems comprising a hot star and a circumstellar cloud.
