The periodic structure of cosmic ray intensity, and geomagnetic and solar activity is analyzed in the Walsh-function basis. A marked component in the period range of 6-8 days is shown to exist in the spectra of diurnal variations of the parameters investigated. The dynamics of the quasi-weekly wave in Delta Sp is compared with the dynamics of various parameters of thhe interplanetary medium, solar atmosphere, and solar wind.
