Red Giant Stars, Stellar Atmospheres, Stellar Composition, Stellar Spectra, Technetium, Abundance, Oscillator Strengths, Spectrum Analysis

Technetium abundances are estimated for a sample of 8 red giants by
means of matching the synthetic spectra of short regions containing Tc I
lines with the observed ones. In the spectra of 7 stars the Tc I lines
are present and the estimated Tc abundances turn out to be fairly large.
