CCD astrometry and photometry have been carried out on 11 radio sources taken from the IAU lists of extragalactic objects selected as suitable for radio and optical astrometry, and which had previously been either unidentified or of doubtful status. Nine have now been positively identified. A discussion is given on the accuracy of measurement by CCD, based on King's treatment.
