Near-IR images obtained with the ISAAC array on the ESO Paranal Very Large Telescope ``Antu" have been used to investigate the stellar content of the early-type dwarf galaxies in the Centaurus A group. The sample consists of 14 dwarf galaxies, companions of the giant elliptical galaxy Cen A, the dominant member of the group. Half of the galaxies had their bright red giant stars resolved, and four of these galaxies also have optical images available in the Hubble Space Telescope archive. Deep near-IR color-magnitude diagrams and optical/near-IR color-color diagrams of these four galaxies are used to analyze the stellar populations on the upper red giant branches. The fraction of the intermediate-age AGB population is estimated from the number of stars located above the tip of the red giant branch.
