An error was made in Table 10 of the original paper. The error was an incorrect squaring of the variable a in the equation for Φdisk, which should have readΦdisk=-(GMdisk)/(R2+(a+sqrt(z2+b2))2). The error only affected the equation as published in the table. The correct formula was used to calculate the Galactic potential models throughout the paper.
