This paper describes a main memory data storage system called DAC (Data Access Controller) MMDB (Main Memory DataBase) and developed in the frame of EuroSkyWay (ESW) program. In particular the DAC MMDB was developed for supporting the Network Control Centre functionality, belonging to the ESW Ground Segment System, but it has been designed to support any complex real-time system: telecommunication and real-time application; it could be used in every context where the system performance needs are very stringent.
