The conception is intended for development on-Board computer system with an active part of crew and mission control center in accordance with the classic life cycle of SW development. It includes 5 stages. For implementation of the approach it was necessary to create an organizational structure, the set of complex methods and tools for implementation of the following key ways of effective and reliable on-Board computer system SW: A. Consistency and traceability of SW requirements; B. SW development management; C. Design deviation analyses and management; D. SW complex verification; E. SW quality provision; F. SW configuration management; G. Personal management, subcontractors work coordination; H. Detailed reports and reviews procedures; I. SW updates management; J. Prevention of SW (bugs); K. Final product operation stability assurance.
