Analyzing the 1948-1976 Kanzelhohe solar-observatory data for the recurrent H and J sunspots, we have derived the following results: Recurrent sunspots show a deceleration of their rotation velocities during their lifetimes. Different methods of analysis led to quite the same results for the rotation of H and J sunspots. We found good agreement between the rotation rates determined from the central meridian passage data of Greenwich and Kanzelhohe. The correction factor for the Kanzelhohe data derived in earlier comparisons was also confirmed.
