The generalization of Sommers--Sen spinor connection for spinor fields,
associated with a distribution $V_4^3$ and on this basis the equations for Weyl
and Dirac null vector fields on complexificated $V_4^3$ are obtained.
We interpret the obtained results by examining the interaction of spinor
fields with the inertial forces.
