We discuss limits on variation of $(m_q/\Lambda_{QCD})$. The results are
obtained by studying $n-\alpha$-interaction during Big Bang, Oklo natural
nuclear reactor data and limits on variation of the proton $g$-factor from
quasar absorpion spectra.
