In this paper, we introduce a Fr\'echet-Hopf algebra setting natural for supergroups, in particular for the flat supergroup R^{m|n}, and also compatible with its deformation quantization. We construct indeed this deformation in the sheaf-theoretic approach of supergeometry, and show that the universal deformation formula corresponds to a continuous twist acting on Fr\'echet comodule-algebras on the Fr\'echet-Hopf algebra associated to R^{m|n}. Furthermore, we prove that the group of internal symmetries of this deformation is exactly the inhomogeneous orthosymplectic group, and that the external symmetries of the universal deformation are not twisted.
