This paper continues our investigation of the dynamics of polynomial
diffeomorphisms of C^2. We introduce a dynamical property of polynomial
diffeomorphisms that generalizes hyperbolicity in the way that
semi-hyperbolicity generalizes hyperbolicity for polynomial maps of the complex
plane.
