It is now well established that the plasma in galaxy clusters is magnetized.
In some cases, at least, the field is strong enough to be dynamically
important. Perhaps this is the time to move past simple detection experiments,
and to work towards a general understanding of the strength, structure and
maintenance of the cluster field.
