We prove a sharp Ohsawa-Takegoshi-Manivel type extension result for twisted
holomorphic sections of singular hermitian line bundles over almost Stein
manifolds. We establish as corollaries some extension results for pluri-twisted
holomorphic sections of singular hermitian line bundles over projective
manifolds.
