We provide an algorithm for solving for the initial value constraints of GR
using the polar representation of the self-dual Weyl curvature (CDJ matrix).
Using these solutions we demonstrate the construction of spacetime metrics of
Petrov Types I, D and O, solving the Einstein equations, explicitly in terms of
the physical degrees of freedom.
