Orbital parameters of planets are fitted directly to an appropriate set of observations. It is shown how to use the rigorous Deming method combined with a numerical integration of gravitation equations. In all, 65 parameters of the nine planets (masses and initial positions and velocities at J2000) are listed. The complete set of their standard errors, and the associated variance-covariance matrix are presented. Derived parameters as the Solar gravitational quantity G.Mo, and the Astronomical distance AU are re-evaluated. It is demonstrated that a direct fit using time units overcomes the very high correlation between the gravitational constant G and the Solar mass Mo. Much more accurate values for these quantities are obtained.
