We present results of three-dimensional radiative transfer models of several MSX Infrared Dark Clouds (IRDCs). The models match both the level of mid-IR emission/absorption as measured by MSX and sub-mm emission as measured by SCUBA. The models yield the temperature and density structure of the clouds. The condensations seen in a number of the clouds have been modeled. We have tested models of both prolate and oblate clouds for the elongated clouds. The MSX and SCUBA had comparable spatial resolution (approximately 18 arcseconds). We will use the models to predict the type of structures visible at SIRTF sensitivities and resolutions, given different assumptions of clump size and density.
