The supernova remnant 1E0102.2-7219 in the SMC has been observed with the High Energy Transmission Grating Spectrometer (HETGS) of the Chandra X-ray Observatory. This poster is the third in a series reporting on plasma diagnostics obtained from the high resolution spectrum. Prior work suggests that spatially distinct plasma conditions exist in the SNR. We have examined two of the brightest regions: the northern ``shelf" and the southeastern ``arc." Using ISIS and XSPEC, we have fit plane parallel shock models and non-equilibrium (nei) models to ratios of the line flux measurements in each region. We examine the resulting plasma diagnostics obtained from bright emission lines of oxygen and discuss the differences in electron temperature and ionization timescale for the two regions. Preliminary analysis reveals a higher temperature for the northern shelf as suggested by moderate resolution XMM spectra (Sasaki et al. 2001). This work was supported by NASA through contract NAS8-01129 and by the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) contract SVI-61010 for the Chandra X-Ray Center (CXC).
