We analyze the global structure of 47 extremely late-type edge-on unwarped, bulgeless disk galaxies spanning a wide range of mass. The radial and vertical scale parameters for both thick and thin disks are obtained by two-dimensional least-squares fitting on our B, R, and Ks-band photometry. We find that the radial scale lengths of the thick disks are uncorrelated with that of the embedded thin disks. The total luminosity of the low-mass galaxies is dominated by the thick disk, while more massive galaxies' luminosities are thin disk dominated.
