By means of the method of structure function analysis, we study the variability of the two classical blazars, 3C 273 and 3C 345, in 22 GHz, 37 GHz and an optical band. Our results show that the variability period of 3C 273 has well defined periods of 7.0 (14.7), 7.2 (14.5) and 0.7 (8.7) years respectively in 22 GHz, 37 GHz and B band. 3C 345 shows variability with an obvious period in 37 GHz of 8.8 years, and not so obvious periods of 9.3 years in 22 GHz and 10.2 years in B band.
