Satellite measurements of H(+), He(2+), He(+), O(+), and (C, N, O) with a charge of not less than 5+ with energies greater than 10 keV in the outer radiation belt are analyzed. It is shown that the spectra of H(+), He(2+), and the (C, N, O) ion can be represented by a single functional relationship on an energy per charge scale, which indicates that these ions may have a solar origin.
