Quantum kinetic equations for the distribution function of massive Dirac neutrinos have been obtained. They describe neutrino spin- and type-oscillations in a medium. The processes of elastic and inelastic scattering of neutrinos with medium components as well as beta-processes have been taken into account. Applications of developed equations for stellar collapse are discussed.
