Photoelectric spectrophotometry with the image-dissector scanner on the 3.9-m Anglo-Australian telescope has shown the planetary nebula PK 6-2 deg 1 to be unique in its overabundance of nitrogen and helium, strong reddening, and broad range of excitation conditions. It is suggested that part of the massive envelope of a Wolf-Rayet star of the nitrogen sequence is observed which is still embedded in its placental interstellar cloud.
