The H-R diagram of the open cluster Tr-1 based on Oja (1966) membership
and UBV photoelectric photometry is presented. The color excess E(B-V)
is 0.52 magnitude. The distance modulus to the cluster and its age are,
respectively, estimated to be 11.6 magnitudes and 26 million yr.
