Variations of the anisotropy of cosmic rays for the period May 1-October 31, 1972, are investigated from data of ground-based observations of the intensity of cosmic rays by the world station network by means of the spectrographic global survey method. Recurrent bursts of the anisotropy of Galactic cosmic rays and solar cosmic ray maxima are observed when the earth crosses the polarity interfaces of the interplanetary magnetic field.
