Experimental results are presented on the probability of occurrence of sporadic-E signals on seven paths in the Soviet Union. It is shown that the determination of this parameter during the processing of observation data depends significantly on the choice of the amplitude threshold value and depends only slightly on the duration threshold of the sporadic-E signals in the radio channel.
