Differential equations of relativistic correction in light propagation in the barycentric reference system induced by the quadrupole field of bodies and their rotation are derived and solved. The effect of the oblateness and rotation of a body on the light deflection angle and on the time for electromagnetic rotation to propagate from one fixed point to another is investigated.
