Brightness and color distribution profiles for five late-type galaxies obtained from observations with the magnetic-focusing image tube are presented. Rotation curves and density distribution models are derived as well. A comparison of photometric and kinematic data shows that the stellar population content changes slowly with the galactocentric distance. Density depression in the central parts of the disk is needed to explain the rotation curves of three out of the five galaxies under consideration.
