The spatial structure of the emission sources of subpulse phases of the pulsar PSR 1133+16 is determined from the analysis of interstellar scintillations at a frequency of 102 MHz. It is found that the scale of spatial displacement of the sources is about 300 km, corresponding to an angle resolution of about 10 to the -8th arcsec. For a magnetic dipole field, the height of the emission region is approximately 0.08 of the light cylinder radius. The deviation of the magnetic field structure from the dipole and variation of the magnetic field with time are determined.
