Scientific paper

This paper proposes a simple method of television astrometry for determining the angular components of high-orbits satellites, allowing for differential refraction, without recording the television frame in computer memory and without using a timing mechanism. Results obtained by processing actual observation data are presented, showing the effectiveness of the proposed method.
