The second list of the Calán-Tololo Survey is presented. It contains information for 40 new confirmed type 1 Seyfert galaxies in the southern hemisphere. The objects were found searching objective prism plates from the Curtis Schmidt telescope at Cerro Tololo Inter-American Observatory, using the thin UV prism and IIIaJ plates. The present list contains only confirmed Seyfert galaxies, drawn from a larger unpublished list of Seyfert galaxy candidates.
