The time-dependent distribution of relativistic electrons is very
important to the discussion of light and the spectrum. This letter
provides a general, time-dependent solution for the continuity equation
of electron number density (CEEND). Several special solutions with the
first Fermi acceleration and different injection patterns are obtained.
