The paper presents a simultaneous analysis of magnetic recordings of vlp
geomagnetic pulsations (0.4-0.8 mHz) and dynamic pulsation spectra in
the 0.1-1.0 Hz range as obtained by Southern Hemisphere observatories.
It is shown that high-latitude long-period vlp pulsations are
accompanied by pulsed bursts of type Pi1B.
