From laboratory measurement of more than 50 lines in the 76-394 GHz range, we have identified the rotational spectrum of the linear HCCS radical in its 2 Pi ground state. The standard Hamiltonian for an isolated 2 Pi state fits our measurements to high accuracy - a small fraction of a line width - and the derived spectroscopic constants predict lines of radio astronomical interest to better than 0.1 km/s, with the exception of hyperfine structure, so far unobserved but probably resolvable in astronomical sources in the lowest frequency rotational transitions. Detections of the isotopic species DCCS, HC13CS, and HCC34S confirm our identification of HCCS.
