Observations of TEC show anomalous enhancements during nighttime. In
this study a fully time-dependent mathematical model of the plasmasphere
is used to investigate the effect of the conjugate hemisphere on these
enhancements for magnetically quiet conditions at winter solstice during
solar minimum.
