Results of CCD photometry of V 2362 Cyg nova are published in this work. They were achieved at the Observatory in Valašské Meziřıčı on 24th November - 14th December 2006, which was in the period of its second brightness maximum. During 4 hours lasting photometry on 8th December 2006 nova brighten about 0.1 mag for a short time. According to L. Hric (2008) it could be a flickering activity. Theoretical model correspond with turbulent streams of mass in acretion disk around compact element. Similar phenomen could be seen at recurrent novae (RS Oph)
