The circular and linear polarization parameters of the SiO masers in VY
CMa have been measured in the v = 1, J = 2 - 1 (86 GHz) and v = 1, J = 1
- 0 (43 GHz) transitions. The higher frequency is less circularly
polarized than the lower frequency transition.
