We have initiated a project to study the fueling mechanism of these objects. We use several techniques like unsharp masking, ellipse fitting and color maps in order to detect morphological signatures within a kiloparsec scale around the nucleus. A direct comparison of the inner morphology between AGN and normal galaxies is being made for the first time.
