High resolution spectroscopy of main-sequence B-type stars in two relatively nearby galactic open clusters, NGC 457 and Be 94, have been obtained using the Isaac Newton Telescope on La Palma. These data have been analyzed using local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) model-atmosphere techniques to derive photospheric abundances, which are combined with previous data to discuss the current chemical composition of the interstellar medium in the Perseus spiral arm.
