High precision branching fractions for the transition 3s^2^ 3p^3^ (^4^S) 4s ^3^S ->3s^2^ 3p^4^ ^3^P of neutral sulphur have been measured by use of a fully automatic system operating in the photon counting mode. As ultraviolet light source a double hollow cathode was used. Deduced A-values and oscillator strengths are compared with those known in the literature. Strong LS-coupling is confirmed.
