Formulae for the calculations of the secular perturbations in the motion of an artificial satellite caused by the third-body attraction and the primary planet's nonsphericity were obtained with accuracy to the terms of the order of the product of the oblateness by the perturbation factor on the basis of the symmetrical variant of the Eulerian intermediate orbit. Estimates of the mixed perturbation magnitudes under consideration were made for different orbits of artificial satellites in comparison with the direct influence of these perturbation factors.
