In this paper we briefly review the status of spectral studies of X-ray
binary Pulsars, focusing on their complex phase dependent continua and
on the role of electron resonant cyclotron scattering features. We
present an overview of the observational results and very briefly
discuss the current ideas in theoretical efforts.
