The brightness of AO Psc, the optical counterpart of the intermediate polar H 2252-035, was observed simultaneously in five passbands for a period of 40 hours during twelve nights between July 30, and September 5, 1981, and for several hours during three nights in October 1982. A reprocessing model for detailed modeling of the intermediate polars was presented. The wavelength variations of the average pulse profiles were consistent with X-ray reprocessing in a medium near 15,000 K. The spectral shape of the 805-s pulsation and the long-term variations of the orbital and pulsation light curves suggested that this pulsation involved a significant reprocessing component, in antiphase with the emission from the near white-dwarf surface. Variations in the disk structure seemed to occur without obvious indications of accompanying mass-transfer rate variations.
