The Canadian Galactic Plane Survey combines radio, millimeter, and infrared surveys of the Galactic plane to provide arcminute-scale images of all major constituents of the interstellar medium over a large portion of the Milky Way Galaxy. The high-sensitivity surveys of atomic hydrogen, molecular material, and dust offer excellent angular resolution, and the large field of view gives us the opportunity to study in detail the environment of SNRs. I will present examples of sequential star formation, SNRs interacting with dense molecular clouds and dust, and low surface brightness SNRs expanding inside large stellar wind bubbles. The Canadian Galactic Plane Survey is a Canadian project with international partners, and is supported by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.
