Meridian Observations: Refraction, Earth Atmosphere: Refraction
Scientific paper
A theoretical solution of the problem of refraction determination for
photoelectric meridian circle observations is given. The assumed
precision of refraction determination is higher than 0.01″ The
estimates of photoelectric micrometer characteristics, arrangement and
precision of meteorological sensors are given.
