The Gulmarg gamma-ray telescope used for the study of very-high-energy cosmic gamma-ray sources has been recently coupled to an IBM PC/XT personal computer to enhance its data acquisition and storage capabilities. The principle underlying the interface circuitry is outlined and the data acquisition and storage software developed is described.
