The authors argue that within the accuracy considered by Lieske, it is
necessary to include the lunar secular Q0-term. They give the
revised dynamical equations, the revised expressions for all the
precessional quantities, and their revised numerical expressions based
on the new system of astronomical constants for the epoch 2000.0.
