The authors are developing numerical methods of image reconstruction for use with an orbiting array of optical telescopes, such as COSMIC, in which a rotating rectangular aperture mimics a large circular aperture. They have performed numerical simulations to test the robustness of the algorithms in the presence of photon noise. Good quality images are readily reconstructed from both numerical and laboratory simulations.
